Raise money for Merrimack Valley Striders Scholarship Fund
The Merrimack Valley Striders is a 501c(3) organization whose mission statement is – “An organization whose mission is to encourage and enhance running at all levels”.
The Merrimack Valley Striders running club awards scholarships to local high school seniors annually. The scholarships are given to eligible seniors preparing for college who submit a profile form along with an essay on "What running means to me" demonstrating their character and dedication to running. The club typically awards $2,000 scholarships to 10 deserving students.
