34th Annual Mist to Mews Canoe & Kayak Race

Celebrating 34 years! Sink or Swim, Everyone Wins!

2025 Theme - Jaws & Paws!!!

This 7 mile paddle from the Ocean Mist in Matunuck to the Mews Tavern in Wakefield, RI starts with a 200 yard foot race to where to the race begins in Potters Pond. The race kicks off at approximately 12pm but actual start time is TBD by the tide.

Once at the Mews - enjoy an outdoor awards party with cold brews, food, music and raffles!

All Proceeds of this race are to Benefit the Wounded Warrior Foundation

*Please note that the race start & finish lines are at separate locations, plan your rides accordingly as there is no transportation provided
