The Tiny Trot is a free event for ages 3-6 at Witter Field on 11/26. Registration will begin at 3:45 and the race is at 4:15.One lap around the track.

Unleash a preemptive strike on those Thanksgiving Day calories and run/walk/stroll the 5K Piedmont Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. It’s an event the whole family will enjoy!
The fun begins at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 28th at the Piedmont Exedra located at Highland and Magnolia Avenues. Please allow yourself an extra 20 minutes for arrival and parking.
Over the past years, the Piedmont Turkey Trot has grown to be a treasured event for many families, friends and neighbors. Run to win or walk to enjoy the brisk morning air and good cheer. And all those finishing the 5K course will have bragging rights at their Thanksgiving table that evening! The Piedmont Turkey Trot is a nonprofit organization supporting local charities and organizations.

Safety Rules for All Entrants
Bikes, In-line skates, trikes, scooters, wagons and skateboards are not permitted. The use of headphones or earbuds are strongly discouraged for your safety; you must be able to hear directions from announcers, Police, volunteers, etc. Unregistered walkers or runners are not permitted on the race course. Strollers and baby joggers are permitted and must start the race at the designated signage at the back of the start line. Dogs on short leashes are permitted and must start the race at the designated signage at the back of the start line. Please, no retractable leashes.
