Standard - 10k Run - 40k Ride - 5k Run
Age Group - 19 and Over
Sprint - 5K Run - 20K Ride _ 2.5K Run
Age Group - 16 and Over
Sprint Relay - 2 athletes required - 1 runner and 1 rider
Distances are the same as the Sprint above
Age Group - 16 and Over
Super Sprint - 2.5K Run - 10K Ride - 1.25K Run
Age Group - 13 and over
Mini - 1K Run - 5K Ride - 500M Run
Age Group - 11 to 12
