The Brain Health Initiative Mindful Triathlon is a community-wide 5k experience with a unique twist focused on health and wellness. Unlike a traditional triathlon, the BHI Mindful Tri will consist of a 5k walk/run/hop/gallop, followed by a 60 minute yoga session, and will end with a meditation session. The 3.1 mile walk/run will wind through the Thaden School Campus and surrounding areas. Co-hosted by BHI, Thaden School, and Brightwater, this inspiring event blends cutting-edge science, wellness, and community engagement to support brain health across the lifespan.
