THE 2025 VANCOUVER SPIRIT RUN
The Vancouver Spirit Run, presented by TRIGATE PROPERTIES GROUP, will take place Sunday, September 28, 2025 at beautiful Jericho Beach Park located in Vancouver, BC. The Vancouver Spirit Run, part of the Lower Mainland XC Series, is a Cross Country and Trail running event featuring something for everyone – from elite athletes and competitive age group runners to families looking to get outside and be active.

*BC Athletics Members receive $3.00 off per race entry.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION
Race Day Registration will start at 8:30am at the timing tent and close 30mins before the start of each event. Day of race extra charges are $3.00 for 17 years and under races and $5.00 for the open 8km races. Relay races remain unchanged.
*Athletes Competitive age group aligns with the age they are turning this year. (e.g. an athlete born in 2015 competes in the 10 Year Old Age Category)
*BC Athletics Members receive $3.00 off per race entry

1. All Junior Development competitors must race in their proper age category in order to obtain points in the BC Athletics Cross Country Race Series.
