Ready to Run Your First 5K? Do Yourself Proud!
Join our 9-week Couch to 5K program—perfect for all fitness levels! We’ll kick things off on Sept 10th with easy intervals (just 1 minute of running, 1 minute of walking) and gradually build up your strength, stamina, and confidence to crush a full 5K run on November 8th.
Whether you're new to running or looking for a fresh start, this is the fun, supportive boost you need. You’ll do 3 workouts per week, each lasting up to 40 minutes.
Here’s what you get:
– ✅ Weekly Wednesday night group workouts at 6:30 PM at Cat’s Caboose in St. C.
