Our story…

This will be our 9th Butterfly Run Ottawa with our For Emmie team - a milestone that feels both bittersweet. For nine years, we have been lifted up by the support of our family and friends as we honour the memory of our sweet daughter, Emmie. At the same time, it is hard to believe that it has almost been nine years since we last held her in our arms and had to say goodbye far too soon.


This year will look a little different for our team, as we won’t be able to attend the in-person event and will be participating virtually instead. Even so, your love and support will be felt by our family on the day of the Butterfly Run.
