We are hosting the first full HYROX simulation event in Minnesota!
WAVES ARE FILLING FAST! LIMITED SPOTS REMAINING!
We will have chip timing and prizes for top finishers.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit a non-profit called Project Hope, which uses its funds to benefit kids at children's hospitals.
Heat times will be released the week of the event!

Kids-Rox: 200 yard runs with the following work stations in between
- 40 line hop overs
- 20 sit-ups
- 20 yard bear crawl
- 20 yard crab walk
- 20 yard walking lunge
- 20 yard Burpee Broad Jump
Half-Rox: 500m runs with the following work stations in between
- 700m row
- 60m Burpee Broad Jump
- 50m Sled Push - Men: 225lb, Women: 185lb
- 50m Sled Pull - Men: 185lb, Women: 135lb
- 700m Ski
- 120m Farmers Carry - Men: 24kg , Women: 16kg
- 60m double dumbell walking lunge - Men: 2 - 20lb db's, Women: 2 - 10lb db's
- 50 wallballs - Men: 14lb , Women: 9lb
Partner Division - Official Men's, Women's and Mixed division standards apply. Partners will run together and split up the work stations however they would like.
- 8 - 1000m runs with the following work stations in between.

- 80m Burpee Broad Jump
- 50m Sled Push - Men: 152kg, Women: 102kg, Mixed: 152kg
- 50m Sled Pull - Men: 103kg, Women: 78kg, Mixed: 103kg
