St Hermione Home (SHH) is a 501c3 tax exempt entity that weekly provides free orthopedic medical care, food, clothing, as well as Bible Studies and prayer groups in the inner-city of Charlotte , NC. Soon, it will open a residence for homeless pregnant women. In addition to a safe and supportive living environment, a two year community college education as well as spiritual support will be offered to each resident. Emphasis will be placed on nurturing the mother and child bond, the prevention of generational trauma, and the development of self-sufficiency thereby enabling leaving homelessness.
