This November, Takbo Babae goes beyond the streets and into your own space. The Virtual Run gives you the freedom to run at your own pace, in your own place—whether on the road, a treadmill, or even abroad—while still being part of our collective movement to end violence against women.

🔒 Transfers between the Virtual Run and Physical Run are not allowed.

Eligibility

The Takbo Babae Virtual Run is dedicated to all women and those who identify as women, as a celebration of women’s empowerment and solidarity.

To ensure safety, participants must be physically fit and in good health. Minimum age requirements apply:

• 5K – 13 years old and above
  
  

• 10K – 16 years old and above
  
  

Run Period

Run, jog, or walk anytime between:

You may use a GPS tracking app, smartwatch, or treadmill to record your run. Flexibility is the beauty of the Virtual Run—you decide the place, time, and pace.

Results Submission

After completing your run, submit your results through the official event website. Please upload the following:

• Screenshot of your running route (from your chosen app)
  
  

• Photo of your app dashboard
  
  

• Photo of your smartwatch or treadmill display
  
  

✅ Your submission must clearly show the date, time, and distance.
✅ One complete set of run details or accumulated runs will be accepted.

After validation, you will receive your E-Certificate of Completion.

Shipping & Distribution

Race kits and entitlements will begin shipping at least 4 weeks after November 25, 2025. Participants who successfully submit their results will also get a confirmation email.

Who can join?

The Virtual Run is open to all women—including those who identify as women—and to allies who support our advocacy to end violence against women. You can join wherever you are in the world!

How does the Virtual Run work?

• Choose your distance (5K, or 10K).
  
  

• Run, jog, or walk anytime, anywhere within the event period.
  
  

• Track your run using a GPS watch or mobile app.
  
  

• Submit your results through the Race Roster platform.
  
  

Do I need to run all at once?

Not necessarily! You can complete your distance in one go, or break it down into multiple runs—just make sure you finish within the event period.

Why do I need to create a Race Roster account?

Race Roster makes it easy to:

• Register smoothly and securely

How do I submit my run results?

After completing your run:

1. Log in to your Race Roster account.
   
   

2. Go to your event dashboard.
   
   

3. Upload your run data (screenshot from your app or GPS watch).
   
   

Will I get a race kit?

Yes! All registered participants will receive a Virtual Run Kit which may include your singlet/shirt, bib, and finisher medal. (Details may vary per package—check the registration page for specifics.)

Will there be an official timing system?

No. Since this is a Virtual Run, participants will self-report their run results. This is all about honor, advocacy, and solidarity, not competition.

Can I transfer my registration?

No. All registrations are non-transferable.

Can I change my shirt size after registration?

No changes can be made once your registration is confirmed.

Do I still get a medal if I don’t submit my run results?

No, you will need to submit your results to receive your finisher entitlements. We encourage you to log your run—it’s a powerful way to show solidarity with the movement.

I’m abroad. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Takbo Babae Virtual Run is open worldwide. Just note that we need a PHILIPPINE ADDRESS to ship your entitlements and shipping fees apply
