Who’s It For?

Everyone! These sessions are open to all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or ocean rookie, you’ll feel right at home in one of our three ability groups:

• Alpha (Advanced)

• Bravo (Intermediate)

• Charlie (Entry-level)

Minimum requirement: Swim 200m in under 5 minutes and tread water for 5 minutes in open water.
