My Story…
When I first heard the words “You have pancreatic cancer,” my world stopped. I knew the reputation this disease had. I knew how often people found out too late. And for a moment, I wondered if I would become another one of those stories—another life cut short before anyone even knew what was happening.
But I was one of the few who found out early enough to fight. As I began treatment, I learned a truth that still weighs heavy on my heart: so many people never get the chance I had. By the time most pancreatic cancers are discovered, it’s already too late. Families lose loved ones before they ever have the opportunity to hope.
Today, I stand here as a survivor. I don’t take that word lightly. I carry it with gratitude, and also with responsibility.
Because I know that survival shouldn’t depend on timing or luck.
It shouldn’t depend on late detection or limited options.
And it shouldn’t be something only a small percentage of people can claim.
Your support can change that.
Every donation helps create earlier detection tools.
Every contribution fuels research that could give more people a fighting chance.
Every act of generosity brings us closer to a world where pancreatic cancer is not a silent killer—but a survivable diagnosis.
I survived because I found out in time.
Together, we can help make “in time” possible for everyone.
