7k for Kids Fun Run
Join Opportunity for All Kids and Center of the American Experiment for the inaugural 7k for Kids Fun Run on Saturday, September 20th in Minnetonka. There will be a raffle drawing for a $7,000 scholarship toward the K-12 private school of your choice to promote the ongoing $7k for Kids campaign for a Minnesota Education Savings Account (ESA). This family-friendly event includes several ways to participate:
- 7k run for serious runners (go the extra mile for kids!)
- Traditional 5k turnaround for runners, walkers and kids in strollers
- Zero-mile fun run for the rest of us!
Registration fee is just $20 for participants 13 and older and $10 for kids 12 and under (until 9/10). All 5k and 7k participants will receive a race t-shirt and refreshments before and after the run. T-shirt size is guaranteed if you register by September 10.

8:20-9:10AM Check-in
9:10AM Announcements, National Anthem and prayer
9:20AM 7k and 5k race begins
9:30AM Zero-mile fun run begins
9:30-11:30AM $7k scholarship raffle, face painting, inflatables, food and fun!
