One of Jackson's most unique running events is back for year FIVE! Runners have the option of doing one, two, or all three of the following contests!

Donut Mile

  • This race is for people who love donuts or have stomachs made of iron! Each participant will eat 1 donut at the start of the race and 1 donut after the first, second, and third laps.

Beer Mile

  • If you love beer and you love running, then this is the race for you! Participants will drink 1 beer at the start and 1 beer after the first, second, and third laps. The beers must be consumed in the designated beer drinking areas, and participants cannot start running until they have finished each beer. ***must be 21 to enter***

Beer Mile Relay

  • Teams may consist of 2, 3, or 4 people. Each participant must run at least 1 lap. This event will consist of running four laps around The District. Each participant must consume 1 beer before running a lap. Participants in the beer mile relay do not receive a t-shirt. ***must be 21 to enter***

Important Information

  • Each event will be 1 mile total consisting of 4 approximately 1/4 mile laps around The District
  • MUST BE 21 to participate in the Beer Mile and Beer Mile Relay
  • No strollers or pets allowed

On-site race day registration WILL be available!

Event Swag

T-shirts are guaranteed to all who sign up before Sunday, 9/22 at 11:59pm. All other T-shirts in sizes will be available until sizes run out at packet pickup on race day.

Timing

All events will be chip-timed by MS Race Timing and Management Services
