The Routes
Both the 2.5km Classic and 5km Warrior courses are on flat, fully paved surfaces that serve as existing pedestrian pathways.
Dogs can also participate in the Perth Kilt Run! This is the exact same route as the Classic, however, we’ll have a separate designated start time for the safety of your furry friends. Make sure you select the 2.5km Classic (with dogs) option when registering.
Registration Dates
Online registrations open – Friday 15 August 2025.
Early bird competition – Open from Friday 15 August to 11:59pm Monday 15 September. Enter during this period to go into the draw to win a $500 cash prize and the coveted Number One bib. T&Cs apply.
Online registrations close – Saturday 4 October, 5pm
Limited in person registrations available – Sunday 5 October, 7am to 8am only (strictly closing at 8am)
Bib Pick Up & Race Check In
Bib collection is available Sunday 5 October 2025, 7am to 8am (strictly closing at 8am).
Location: Minnawarra Chapel, 7 Orchard Ave, Armadale WA 6112
To collect your bib, simply show your eTicket which will be sent to you a few days prior to the run. No need to print it off, you can just show the eTicket from your phone.

Warm up begins on the main stage – 8.20am
Perth Kilt Run starts – 8.30am

Kilts
The City is providing a fantastic opportunity to own your own kilt by purchasing one when you register.
Fashioned with two belt buckles and velcro to adjust, these kilts are made of good material that will keep you warm while on the course. The kilts are measured in inches and it may be necessary to adjust within one or two sizes of your original pant size.
Child kilts: $25
Adult kilts: $35

How do I get my kilt?
Kilts bought online are to be picked up at the Perth Kilt Run registration area when you check in.
If you’re picking up your kilt, please arrive early if you want to ensure you have the right fit.
We recommend that all runners wear comfortable and suitable attire, such as bike pants or shorts, to wear underneath your kilt.
