Scenic Byway River Run

Half Marathon - 9:00 AM Start Time This race is chip timed and USATF certified. Our Half Marathon takes you through beautiful downtown Belle Plaine before heading north across the Minnesota River. Our volunteers will be there to cheer you on! The course takes you along Minnesota’s Scenic Byway with rolling hills, eagle sightings and stunning countryside views. Half marathoners will then run back through the historic Avenue of the Trees towards Blakeley, then a gradual climb takes you back to the finish line. The course will have volunteers and members of the Belle Plaine Police & Fire Departments, as well as some directional arrows to help guide runners through the race route. Be sure to pay attention to all course signs. Participants receive a medal and a shirt.

Half Marathon 2-Person Relay - 9:00 AM Start Time Runners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the halfway exchange point. The exchange will take place near Mile Marker 8 and Water Stop 4. Participants receive a medal & a shirt.

5K Run - 9:20 AM Start Time This race is chip timed and USATF certified. Our 5K leads you on a fun route through Belle Plaine. It is lined with our very best volunteers who will cheer you on with all they have! Participants receive a medal & a shirt.
