Dravet Syndrome Fundraising Fall 2025

Dravet Canada is here to ensure no one faces raising a child with Dravet Syndrome alone. This work – and that of Dravet Canada funded researchers – is supported by donors, event participants, corporate sponsors, and volunteers. You can be part of this dynamic group of Canadians by getting involved in the fight to end Dravet Syndrome.

This Fall we encourage you to fundraise however you choose and connect with the Dravet Community online. You can organize a walk that can be as small as a walk around your local neighbourhood or park, run, cycle, or a family BBQ, challenge your family and friends to join you, while accelerating the pace of Dravet Syndrome breakthroughs and empowering people affected by Dravet to live their best lives.

We are asking all of our Dravet families and friends from coast to coast to please sign up this year for our National Fundraising Event, create a team in honour of your dravet child, fundraise and share with all of us your event! All proceeds from the events will support Dravet Canada's mission to raise and distribute funds for research into the care, cure, understanding, and treatment of Dravet Spectrum Disorders and related activities.

Update November 2025 from the McKnight's: Due to personal family circumstances, this year Dave and I will be having a family walk only. We would still appreciate any support that you could offer. We would love if you would still like to join Liam's Team and help us with our annual fundraiser. You can join Liam's Army and help support a wonderful cause.
