Thank you for volunteering at the 13th Annual Castle Hills Turkey Trot!
We could not put on this race without you! Thank you all so much for serving - your presence really makes the event run smoothly! Please plan to arrive on time (or a few minutes early) so we can get everyone checked in and ready to go. Being punctual helps us start strong and love our guests well. Can’t wait to see you there!
For the Packet Pick-Up Party, please plan to serve from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 26. We need your help with any last-minute set-up details, assembling race day packets, assigning bib numbers to registered runners, and registering runners the day before the race
For Race Day, please plan to arrive by 6:30 am and you may finish once the race starts at 8:00 am.
