2025 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon Plogging Event

Join us on Thursday, October 2nd at 5:30pm at Berkeley Castle for our third annual plogging event ahead of the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon.

Canada Running Series and the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon have already raised over $20,000 for Trans Canada Trail so far in 2025. In celebration of our partnership and our ongoing fundraising success, we welcome you to join us for an afternoon of plogging, as we give back to our city's natural environment.

This year's event will take place during the inaugural Toronto Climate Week, happening October 1st - 3rd, 2025.

Berkeley Castle Courtyard

2 Berkeley St, Toronto

Details and Schedule:

The event begins in the Berkeley Castle Courtyard. Participants will be divided into plogging groups and before heading out into the community to clean up our city's run routes! Groups will be led be our friends at the Eastbound Run Crew.

After the event, refreshments will be provided by Eastbound Brewing Company!

5:30pm - Meet in the Courtyard

6:00pm - Plogging groups head out!

6:45pm - Return to the Berkeley Castle Courtyard

Until 8:00pm - Post-event snacks, drinks, and door prizes!

*Spots for this event are limited to 200 runners and registration will close once the event is full!
