2025 CHILI 5K

Navigate the majestic moss-draped trails of Laurel Hill County Park during the Chili 5K.

Race Registration

• Race fee: $38
• Registration is required and ends Wednesday, October 30. Race day registration is not available.
• Participants ages 8-15 can register but must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Race Details

• Please use the park’s event entrance at 1400 SC-41, Mt Pleasant, SC 29466.
• Packet pick-up will be held on race day from 8:00 - 8:45 a.m.
• Race begins at 9 a.m.
• Bibs are required. Lost bib penalties will be enforced.

• Pets are not allowed on the course.
• The course offers occasional areas of uneven terrain and varies from hard-packed trails with roots to grass. Strollers are not recommended.
• Stick around after the race for a cup of hot chili and refreshments.
• Smoking, vaping or tobacco use is prohibited at Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission owned and operated facilities, programs and events.

Accessibility

This race is open to runners and walkers of all levels, including beginners. No accessible parking is available. Accessible port-a-let at the event site. All trails are of a natural, unimproved surface. This event is a loop course with water stations.

Let's not forget the littles! At 9:45 a.m. we invite children of all abilities ages 3-7 to complete our quarter-mile loop.

• Registration is required and is available for a separate fee of $5.
• This is an untimed event and a parent or guardian must be present.
• Registration includes a finisher medal.
