Terms and Conditions
1. By completing registration for the Event, the Participant agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and terms and conditions of the Organizer and its service providers.
2. Participants confirm that they meet the minimum age and health requirements (as set by the Organizer) and are medically fit to participate.
3. The registration fee is RM45.00. The registration fee is subject to a Bank Charges & Admin Fee of 6.48% per registration, which is paid by the participant (deducted from the gross registration fee).
4. The Participant consents to the collection, processing, and publishing of their data by the Organizer and the registration service providers (CPS/RaceXAsia) for the purpose of providing the Services and promotion of the Event.
5. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an auto-confirmation email.
6. Once registration is duly processed, there will be NO REFUND of fees to Participants who wish to withdraw their participation for any reason.
7. Participants are strictly NOT ALLOWED to transfer their Event entry to another party or change categories after registration is confirmed.
8. All disputes arising from the Event, including but not limited to registration and race pack issues, must be directed to and resolved by the Organizer.
9. In the event the Event is postponed or cancelled due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control (Force Majeure), the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
10. If the Organizer, at its sole discretion, agrees to issue refunds, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct a Refund Charge of RM10.80 (RM10.00 + 8% SST) per registration from the refundable amount.
11. The Participant agrees to indemnify the Organizer, its directors, employees, and all service providers against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and legal costs arising out of or related to the Participant's breach of these terms or any applicable law.
12. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer and its partners (CPS/RaceXAsia) are not liable for any losses suffered by any parties caused by any delay or inaccuracy of the information provided by the Client's Representative.
13. The Participant takes part in the Event at their own risk and shall be responsible for their own safety and health.
14. The Organizer shall not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death arising from participation.
