Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
• Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All participants must complete a registration form prior to the event.
2. Health & Safety
• By entering the event, participants confirm they are medically fit to take part.
• Medical support will be available during the event, but participation is at the entrant’s own risk.
• If you feel unwell before or during the run, you should withdraw from the event.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.
3. Waiver of Liability
• The organizers accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property before, during, or after the event.
• By registering, participants agree to waive any claims against the organizers, sponsors, or partners.
• The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items — please bring only essentials.
4. Event Rules
• Participants must follow the instructions of marshals and event officials at all times.
• This is a fun run — competitive racing is discouraged unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• The event will take place rain or shine unless unsafe conditions arise.
• If the event is cancelled due to weather or other safety concerns, refunds may not be issued.
• Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
6. Photos & Media
• By entering the event, participants grant the organizers permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
7. Code of Conduct
• Be respectful to fellow participants, volunteers, and staff.
• No abusive or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. Offenders may be removed from the event.
8. Environmental Responsibility
• Please dispose of litter responsibly and help us keep the course clean.
• Follow the Leave No Trace principles where possible.
