Aquanova 5K Beer Run

Lace up, show up, and pour up!

The Aquanova 5K Beer Run is a fun, social community run in support of STAC Hamilton’s youth sports and mentorship programs. Whether you’re running or jogging with friends, this event blends fitness, community, and celebration all for a great cause.

What’s Included

All registered runners will receive:

• A refreshing post-run drink courtesy of Aquanova to enjoy at the finish line. A Beer or non-alcohol beverage, something for everyone.
• Xact Nutrition - Everyone gets a protein wafer and Energy Fruit Bar
• Access to the community celebration after the run

Support Youth Programs

Runners and supporters will also have the opportunity to purchase the STAC Hamilton NA hop drink, with 100% of proceeds going directly to support youth programs in Hamilton. Your participation helps ensure youth from equity-deserving communities continue to have access to sport, mentorship, and pathways to education and leadership.
