Ride Wollongong’s Festival of Cycling is a celebration of life on wheels! Celebrating the legacy of the 2022 UCI Road World Championships, the Festival of Cycling has something for everyone to enjoy, in the beautiful city of Wollongong!
Get involved in the FREE Community Ride or All Abilities Ride, with closed roads and a picturesque course for everyone to enjoy.

Car Park Climb
The Car Park Climb is an exhilarating bike race where two riders compete head-to-head, racing to the top of a multi-level parking garage, with the simple goal of being the fastest to reach the summit. Starting at the ground level, riders navigate a series of tight turns, ramps, and straightaways as they ascend through the levels of the garage. The challenging terrain, characterized by twists, turns, and varying gradients, tests the riders’ bike handling skills and endurance. This will be held at the University of Wollongong Car Park on Saturday 7th September in the evening
