This Race Whispers to your Heart!

Comfort Texas,

Comfort Park is near the center of town. The race starts near the Gazebo. Comfort, Texas, is a Hill Country gem. This small historic town occupies a central location with scenic drives leading to Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Kerrville. San Antonio is only 30 minutes away. Comfort is the perfect nucleus of all that the beautiful Hill Country has to offer. The town features almost 100 historic buildings constructed before 1910, seven of which were designed by noted architect Alfred Giles. Much of the town is designated a National Historic District. The owners of all of these downtown businesses will greet you as you come in to try out their unique store fronts.

Runners love this area for it’s rolling hills and river access to Cypress Creek and the Guadalupe River. Shady streets and low water crossing so that you can reach out and touch the river.

This year we’ve added the SKYDOME 10MILER. This route defines the Texas Hill Country. Complete this doozy and you will have instant bragging rights. We challenge you to take on the SKYDOME.

Awards for 1st to 4th, in 5 year increments in the 13.1, 10k and 5k

Age categories:
14 and under, 15-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+

First overall male and female and first overall masters, male and female, and first overall super masters male and female will be based on Gun Time.

All age group awards will be based on chip time due to needing to start in waves.

Age Deal

If you are 16 and younger we are giving you at 50% discount we want you to also take ownership of the race. When you finish, if you are able, come to the finish line and help the other runners. Stay and help clean up. You are young and we need your energy to make everything perfect.

Then be an ambassador for running and our running events, help us promote the events and the volunteers where ever you go. And on social media, snapchat, facebook, instagram..etc…

70+ participants will also get 50% off. If you can afford it we request that you make a small donation to marrowmatch. If you can not that is fine. We also ask that you take ownership of these races and help with advice to younger runners to keep them calm and caring.
