5K/10K/HALF/FULL MARATHON TRAINING

Are you ready for some fun? Are you ready to get the “Running Bug”? Be HEALTHIER? Learn to RUN and LOVE doing it?

Then join the Charlotte Running Co Fast Feet Run Training Program. This is a 21 Week training program designed for all levels of runners who are looking to build endurance and train for the next level of running and racing.

Program Includes:

  • Coordinated weekly group long run-on Saturdays at 7 a.m. Meet locations sent at the beginning of the program.
  • Coordinated speed work session on Tuesdays from CRC Riverwalk at 6:00 p.m.
  • Weekly run Schedule for a 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathon.
  • Tips and clinics on proper training methods, nutrition, strength training, form and running physiology and psychology.
  • Support via email and onsite offered during the course from RRCA certified running coaches.
  • Training specific for a marathon, half marathon, 10K or 5K
  • Pace groups for all levels, Walk/Run groups, and Walk Only Group.
