Isaak’s 800m
The Running Room Indoor Games is once again offering the Annual Isaak’s Invitational 800m in memory of Isaak Kornelsen. Isaak was a member of the Edmonton Thunder and U of A track teams and a huge fan of the 800m who tragically passed away in a cycling accident in 2012.
We would like a field of approximately 10 ‘elite’ male and female athletes to compete on the evening of Saturday, March 8, 2025, during the Games’ Finals session. If you are an athlete or you are a coach with an athlete interested in participating, please contact Matt Norminton (mnorminton@runningroom.com) with your name, verifiable seed time, and affiliation, no later than February 25, 2025. We’ll confirm the competitors on Monday, March 3, 2025.
