My Story…
On May 4th 2025, I will be running the Vancouver Marathon in honour of my Uncle Tom! He was a longtime resident of Victoria, BC who lost his 10 year battle to cancer, Multiple Myeloma, in 2019. Tom (left) was an avid marathoner, along with his brother, my uncle, Gerard (right) - shown in the attached photo. They continue to inspire my love for running to this day. My organization of choice to fundraise for is the BC Cancer Foundation, to support critical research for people and families affected by cancer, such as ours.
