Doctors Without Borders provides emergency medical humanitarian care to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Currently there are numerous devastating conflicts occurring all over the world resulting in millions of men, women, and children in need of life saving treatment in places where such treatment is inaccessible or unavailable. Doctors Without Borders meets people in their times of need and provides them the healthcare they require. Doctors sacrifice the comforts and salaries to travel to foreign countries in need and sometimes risk their lives to provide life-saving care. I'm not asking you to give your savings, or travel across the world to save a stranger you've never met. I am asking you to take a few minutes out of your day and whatever funds you can spare to support the kind of work Doctors Without Borders does.
