This year, I am running in the BMO Vancouver Marathon with a very special purpose: to raise funds for Canuck Place Children's Hospice. As someone who has had the privilege of volunteering at this incredible organization, I have seen firsthand the extraordinary care and support they provide to children with life-limiting illnesses and their families. The team at Canuck Place creates a safe, compassionate environment where these children can experience joy, comfort, and dignity, no matter the challenges they face.

Every dollar you donate will go directly to helping Canuck Place continue to provide world-class palliative care, emotional support, and respite for families in need. Your contribution will make a real difference in the lives of children who deserve to live with as much comfort and happiness as possible.

I am running this marathon not just for personal achievement, but because I also have chidren and I can't imagine how challenging it would be as a parent to watch your kids go through the challenges some of these children face.
