My Story…
I am really excited to be running the BMO half-marathon this year. This is my first-ever half marathon AND it is on my birthday AND I get to fundraise for a cause that is very important to me - Foundry Burnaby.
Foundry centres provide mental health and wellness services to young people ages 12-24. BC Centre For Ability has the honour of leading the implementation of Foundry in Burnaby and we plan to raise 2 million dollars before doors open in 2027.
This is such a crucial time for young people to have access to mental health supports and I am so proud to be bringing these supports to Burnaby.
Please consider supporting the BCCFA team, knowing that your money will go towards improving the lives of young people in our community.
Donate to help Emma raise money for 2025 BMO Vancouver Marathon’s fundraising campaign.
