(Note: All race times are currently provisional and will be finalised one month prior to event date.)

START GUIDE

  • Please ensure that you have your Barcode Ticket ready on arrival. You will receive your barcode on your registration email after registering. Alternately you may find it through your Raceroster account.
  • Please arrive a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your start time.
  • Collect your race pack at the registration area. Your race pack includes your BIB number, pins and race bag.
  • It is mandatory to wear your BIB number in front of your shirt.
  • Familiarize yourself with the race course map.
  • Proceed to the start line.
  • Enjoy the race!

FINISH GUIDE

  • Keep hydrated. Grab a water at the finish line *Water and hydration are also available at aid stations on course.
  • Collect your Finisher medal at finish
  • Collect your Event T-shirt at finish
  • Please check your provisional results online after finishing. You can do this through Raceroster or RaceME websites. If there are any queries or questions about your time please see one of the timing team. We recommend you wear a Garmin or similar time tracking device.
  • Take some photos and tag us (@racemeevents #iraceme) on your social accounts, or check the event photo pages after either through your Raceroster account or through your results pages.


EVENT PHOTOS

  • Smile when you see the photographers on course and ensure your BIB is visible to easily find your photos after!
  • The event photos are normally available 6hrs - 24hrs after the race and can be found through your Raceroster account, your results page or through the RaceME website.


PARKING

  • Free parking is available at the event venue.
