My Story…
I'm back for my 3rd Half Marathon to raise money for Open Hand Ministries (OHM). At this point, it seems only natural that I would participate! Open Hand provides a path for formerly disadvantaged people to gain financial freedom. It is an amazing transformation to behold. But it is during the process where the beautiful and significant moments take place.
OHM builds a community of diverse people who support each other at each step of the way. Homeownership and control of personal finances are concrete outcomes, but the dedicated interactions among participants, staff and volunteers is where your support will make the most significant life-transforming changes.
