My Story…
After a successful year in 2024 running my first half marathon, I will be running the 2025 Pittsburgh Half Marathon and again raising funds for the Mario Lemieux Foundation! The Mario Lemieux Foundation is dedicated to funding cancer research, supporting patient care, and improving the quality of a child's hospital experience. I am thankful for everyone who helped me raise over $500 last year for a local charity so important to the Pittsburgh region!

Since their founding in 1993, the Mario Lemieux Foundation has been focused on finding a cure for cancer by funding research and patient care, and supporting families in challenging medical situations. Through ongoing projects at the Mario Lemieux Center for Blood Cancers, the Mario Lemieux Lymphoma Center, the Mario Lemieux Immunotherapy Center, and the recently established Mario Lemieux Center for Heart Rhythm Care, we support research that translates to clinical trails and innovative therapies that save lives.
