I've had the privilege of coaching with Open Field for the past year, and every young person I've worked with has shown me just how vital this organization is. They are a constant reminder of the incredible potential within young people when they have the right support to thrive—both on and off the soccer field. Description
Open Field's mission is to improve the lives and futures of youth through sport. Open Field connects with youth, primarily immigrants and refugees, in low resource neighborhoods in Allegheny County to improve health, support education, empower girls, build leadership skills, and promote peace through the global game of soccer.
