United Airlines Half Marathon with

Due to the success of the 2024 event, we're going back to the Big Apple to run the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon!

Times Square is closed only twice a year, and once is for this event! Run through Midtown Manhattan, through Times Square and finish in Central Park! If you've always wanted to race in Manhattan and perhaps weren't interested in running the marathon, then this is your event!

WHO MAY PURCHASE
Anyone who is not residing fulltime in the US and who will be 16 or older on race day which will be Sunday, March 16, 2025 may purchase one of our guaranteed entry packages.

THE COURSE
The race will begin on Washington Avenue near the Brooklyn Botanic Garden before taking runners through Prospect Park and across the East River via the Manhattan Bridge. Once in Manhattan, runners will race along the Lower East Side, up to Midtown, and through Times Square before finishing the race in Central Park.

Single supplement is the same as the 1 Runner, 1 Spectator package
Your initial deposit of $500 will be charged in CAD, collected from Race Roster, converted to USD and applied to your package. All other payments will be collected by Dream Travel in USD.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A $500 deposit is required to book this trip plus the Race Roster fee.
The balance of your package amount is due no later than December 1, 2024

OUR GROUP HOTEL
Our group hotel will be the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown Times Square, located very close to the finish line of the United Airlines NYC Half. You’ll appreciate the wonderful amenities as well as the close proximity to both Times Square and the finish line!

CANCELLATION POLICY
As the NYRR does not refund or defer guaranteed entries, our policy is as follows:

There is no refund or deferral option, however, you may cancel your package for a credit, but only if we are able to resell your entry package and only if it’s prior to registration closing.

• If we can resell your package, the following fees will apply:
• 15% of your payment amounts if cancelling 120 or more days prior to registration closing
• 25% of your payment amounts if cancelling between 7 and 119 days prior to registration closing
• 50% of your payment amounts if cancelling 6 days or less prior to registration closing.
• 100% of your deposit and payment amounts if cancelling after registration closes or at any time if we’re unable to resell your package.
