Help Amrit raise money

Hi, I’m Amrit, and this is my first-ever race! I’m running for my Nani, who was the best Nani in the world. She passed away last year from liver disease, and I miss her so much.  

Nani and I loved doing art together. She taught me how to paint, and we made birthday cards for everyone. She always had the coolest metallic pink and purple nail polish on her toes and loved doing Sudoku. But the best thing? She was the best cook ever! She always made sure to cook gluten-free food just for me.  

I love running because it keeps my legs from turning into noodles! But more than that, I love running outside, exploring new places, and feeling the fresh air. Sometimes, when I run, my cheeks hurt from smiling so much! I also feel Nani with me—like she’s in the warm sun, giving me a big hug, and in the breeze, wrapping around me.
