Description
Right now there are almost 400 children in the Champaign County court system who have experienced abuse and neglect. As a result, courts must make very difficult decisions about their futures. Trained CASA volunteers work with our staff and attorneys to understand their situations and advocate for their best interests in the court and the community. When we give Our Kids a voice, we give them the opportunity for hope, stability and the opportunity to thrive in a safe and permanent home.
