Hello Everyone:

John, Adam and I are walking in the Goodlife 10 K in the Bluenose Marathon on May 18th to raise funds for the Halifax Nova Scotia Down Syndrome Society. We would appreciate it so much if you would  make a donation.  Thank-you!
