In beautiful Baden, Ontario, it's a great run on flat roads and trails.
Individual runs: 2.5k or 5k - the Neil Dunford Memorial, part road and part Schmidt Woods trail. Both timed, the 5k is two loops. There is also an untimed kids 200m.
Or spice it up with the individual Baden Back-2-Back - an individual race of a combined 7.5km. Start with the 5k race, then double down with a 2.5k 60 minutes later.
For the past 42 years, Wilmot Township has been home to a great spring running tradition. With various venues, courses, distances, charities, and even names over the years, one thing has remained - the passion and community support for a great event. We're thrilled to continue the tradition in 2025!

Untimed Fun Run. Includes finisher medal. Parents/guardians who run a timed event (5KM/2.5KM) can participate with a 200m Registered child without registering or paying for the 200m. Entry is not refundable. T-shirts are available for an additional cost, while supplies last.

Refunds are not available, but deferrals and transfers are outlined in the waiver that each participant agrees to upon registration. For any help or clarification, the only channel available to participants is to email registrationpolicy@runwaterloo.com. This is the only inbox where registration policy questions are received, and we reply quickly with information and address concerns.
