Our team, BALANCE in Motion, is proud to ride in support of BALANCE for Blind Adults—an Organization dedicated to empowering blind and low vision individuals across Ontario.
This year, we’re raising funds to support free mental health and wellness programs tailored for adults living with vision loss, including:
- Sharing Space Support Groups
- Mental Health Pop-Up Sessions
- One-on-one counselling support
- Wellness-based groups like boxing, dance, and self-defense that strengthen both mind and body
These programs are life-changing, your support ensures they remain accessible to those who need them most.
