30 Marathons 30 Days

@ 4am start each day

Race briefing: 3.45am each morning

Run 30in30 Days or 10in10 Days or 1 Day .. it's your choice 🏃‍♀️☺️🏃‍♂️

Each day the event will be held on a looped course at the Picnic Bay SLSC, The Strand (next to the Basketball Court) Townsville @ 6 x 7k loops for the marathon distance of 42.195k each day for 30 days.

Why you ask ? we love to run ! ! ! I also had a dream, run 30 Marathons in 30 Days

The challenge to run in a multiday event of 42.195k each day is a challenge many runners want to achieve.

It's a 'bucket' list event... can you take the challenge ?

Time: 4am start each day @ Picnic Bay SLSC The Strand, Townsville

Cutoff’s: 8 hours each day (STRICT)

Cost: $1400 (all 30 Days) LEVEL 1 Entry (Restricted Access)

Race Information:

Aid Station: Yes, with a Volli to take care of personal items.

Please note these events are 'self-sufficient' with nutrition and hydration as 'YOUR' own responsibility.

Australian 100 Club: Yes, with RD Results as final @ https://australian100.club all results will be posted to this website for Members each day.

Race Results: Timing results will be recorded each day and posted daily on the Independent Runner Events page.

Facilities: Toilets, showers, bubblers on course.

Medals / Awards:

30in30 Entrants will receive Awards as above.

10in10 Entrants - a medal given to the 'individual days' when entered as a '10in10' runner plus above awards.

Single Day Entrants - a medal will be given each event entered and completed.

** Please note when entering these events IRE requests that entry is received ONE month prior to your Event date to be guaranteed a medal - otherwise we will do our best with a generic medal or on the day medal.

Accommodation: Google for details anywhere along The Strand near the SLSC - walking distance to all amenities in the area - including Cafe's, Restaurants and Supermarkets.

There will be no allowance made for early starters on The Strand (this rule will be strictly adhered too, please don't ask me !)
