Our community struggles. Mental illness, homelessness, addictions and domestic violence provide the dark backdrop in so many lives. Mere survival is a daily challenge for so many of our neighbours.

The Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation continues to support the most vulnerable in our community by reaching out through a number of community groups to help those who need it the most.
