The BMW BERLIN-MARATHON is one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors and a sought-after, premium running event! Dream Travel is proud to bring you guaranteed entries into this fantastic event!

This prestigious event takes place on Sunday, September 21th, 2025 with 55,000 runners from around the world! Finish this incredibly flat, fast marathon by crossing through the famous Brandenburg Gate!

Any Canadian who will be 18 or older on Sunday, September 21th, 2025 may purchase one of our guaranteed entry packages. If you are not Canadian, but are living full time in Canada, you must contact us before registering.

Initial Deposit and Final Payment

An initial deposit of CAD700 per runner plus the Race Roster processing fee will be charged upon registration using the Race Roster online registration form. The CAD700 payment will be converted to Euros and applied to your package. The balance of your package must be paid no later than April 1st, 2025.

You may pay the balance in Euros by Wise, by credit card in CAD or by e-transfer in CAD. When paying in CAD we will convert your payment to Euros.

This deposit is non-refundable unless we can resell your entry, so we highly recommend travel insurance. We sell an insurance that allows you to cancel for any reason!

The Crowne Plaza Berlin - Potsdamer Platz is situated 2KM from Brandenburg Gate (finish area) and roughly 2.5KM from the Start area of the marathon. This means that you can easily walk both to the marathon in the morning and then back to the hotel post marathon without having to worry about taking public transportation.

Crowne Plaza Berlin - Potsdamer Platz offers rooms with one European queen bed (160cm by 200cm) or rooms with two single beds (90cm by 200cm). Rooms with two single beds will only fit one person each.

This package is for two runners wanting to share one room. Price is per person.

*1 Runner/1 Spectator
This package is for one runner staying by themself or for one runner that is bringing a maximum of one other person to be their non-running roommate. The price is a total price for both people. If you want more than 2 people in your room you will need to upgrade your room. Contact us for rates.

Thursday Sep 18
We highly recommend that you land in Berlin no later than Thursday as you’ll want to get over jetlag so that you have a great race weekend! As well, you’ll want to consider possible flight delays. If you’re not tired, head to the expo and grab your bib early to avoid the long line ups on Friday and Saturday.

Friday Sep 19
Dream Travel will have a short, easy group run Friday morning along the river. Friday afternoon you’ll want to pick up your bib from the expo if you haven’t already.

Friday afternoon Dream Travel will have a meet and greet with food and beverages. Details to follow.

Saturday Sep 20
Get those feet up and relax.

Sunday Sep 21
Race Day!

Celebrate your achievement with the Dream Travel team Sunday night. Details to follow.

Monday Sep 22
Time to stretch those legs, do some sightseeing and show that medal off with pride!

What are the minimum three nights we have to stay?
The three included nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Is my race entry guaranteed?
Yes, we are an authorized tour partner of this race and only sell guaranteed entries.

Are these prices in CAD?
Prices are in Euros but you may pay by credit card or e-transfer in CAD or by Wise in Euros. If paying by CAD we will convert and apply your payment to Euros.

Is airfare or airport transfers included in this package?
Airfare and airport transfers are not included.

What is the time limit for this race?
6 hours and 15 minutes.

What happens if I take more than the limit?
Normally this is not an issue, but depending on how much additional time you need, you may need to run on sidewalks. Runners who take longer than the official time are not guaranteed a race medal, but usually receive one.

Do I have to pick up my race bib myself, or can someone do that for me?
Runners must pick up their own bib and no one, including family members or Dream Travel staff members, are permitted to pick up your bib on your behalf. That said, it is highly recommended that you fly in earlier rather than later in case of flight delays or cancellations.

Can I stay at a different hotel?
We have a contract with our hotel meaning that we can only permit runners to stay at the authorized hotel listed above.

Can I collect hotel loyalty points?
Hotels do not offer loyalty points for group bookings, however, you can still ask the front desk to add your loyalty number at check in and the hotel will give you points/credit for all incidental charges.

How do I get to the start line and back to the hotel after the marathon?
We purposely chose the hotel that we did as it’s walking distance to both the Start and the Finish areas.

Do you have triple or quad rates?
Most-likely yes but will ultimately depend on the hotel’s availability and room types. Please contact us for rates.

I need to cancel; can you help me?
This really depends on when you cancel and whether or not you purchased the correct insurance. If you purchased insurance and are cancelling for an included reason, or you purchased the CFAR insurance, then you can cancel at any time but you must let us know as soon as you need to cancel. If you did not purchase insurance, then it’ll depend on when you cancel and if we can resell your package. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to assist you!
