Our story…
My name is Gelcys and I've battled chronic Migraine for 30 years. I am Rafael and have been battling with Episodic migraine since I was in the Army in 2001. Our son Andres has had ocular Migraine and Migraine with aura for about 3 years. Together we have been trying to stand up for ourselves and others who battle this debilitating disease daily. It isn't easy and is underestimated by many. It isn't taken as seriously as it should be and while many share similar symptoms, causes and reasons are still unknown because Migraine disease is associated with many other illnesses. We aim to continue spreading awareness and seeking better care for everyone who fights.
