1. Online registration will close at midnight on August 15, 2025 or when the registration cap is reached.

2. There will be an online processing fee applied to your registration into this event.

3. 5% GST will be applied to your registration at checkout

4. All funds payable in American Dollars.

5. VISA, MC, Amex and Discover Card accepted.

6. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.

7. Note that there are pricing increases, please register sooner rather than later!

Cancellation Policy/transfers and deferrals

There are no refunds issued by Transelkirks Inc. and 5 Peaks Adventures LTD. under ANY circumstances.

Transfers of entry to another participant may be permitted at the discretion of Transelkirks Inc. and 5 Peaks Adventures LTD. for an admin fee of $50. All transfers must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the event.

Deferrals are permitted under the following guidelines:

• Up to 60 days out from the start of the event, 75% of your race fee will be deferred.
• From 60 – 30 days out from the start of the event, 50% of your race fee will be deferred.
• NO deferrals/roll overs/credits will be issued within 29 days of the start of the event.
• A full deferral is permitted for reasons due to pregnancy &/or active military deployment – medical notes will be required.
• A race entry can only be deferred one time and only to the following year’s event.

Additional registration protection can be purchased through the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection (RRERP), administered by Protecht, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, if you are unable to attend due to any of the RRERP covered reasons, you have the option to file a refund request through them. Transelkirks Inc. and 5 Peaks Adventures LTD. reserves the right to cancel any Transelkirks event, cancel race stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by Transelkirks, no refunds will be available. All entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.
