We look forward to welcoming competitive and recreational runners and walkers alike for our 3rd annual Stouffville Main Street 5K and Kids 1K Dash benefitting the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.

*NEW for 2025 our Main Street 5K participants will start in waves. Event Timing is activated only when each participant crosses the Start/Finish line. During registration you will be asked to select your anticipated 5K completion time:
🔴 Red: 25 mins or less (Competitive)
🟡 Yellow: 25-35 mins (Casual)
🔵 Blue: 35-45 mins (Joggers)
🟢 Green: 45+ mins (Walkers)
Runners, walkers, and strollers allowed. Please no bicycles, rollerblades or scooters. Dogs are welcome in the runner's village only, however please keep them on the leash and off the course.
FUNDRAISING
While fundraising is not mandatory, it is certainly encouraged. The suggested fundraising minimum is $100.00 per adult and $50.00 per child. While your registration fee for the event helps to cover the various event costs, any fundraising dollars go directly to the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation. Donations over $20.00 will receive a charitable tax receipt from the Foundation.

Individuals who raise over $250.00 will be entered in a draw to win one of the following prizes:
- Two 'VIP Passes' to Treetop Trekking Stouffville (ages 9+)

- Two 'Two Week Free Membership' at F45 Stouffville (adults)
- Two Free Admissions to the 2025 CNE - Aug 15-Sep 1 (any age)

Countdown to event
After having registered, if you are unable to participate in the event for whatever unforeseeable reason, there will unfortunately be no refund. However, your registration fee can be transferred to a donation to the Markham-Stouffville Hospital Foundation, and a tax receipt will be issued in your name. Deferments will also not be facilitated.
Registration Transfers: Transfers will be possible to another individual. Please e-mail us to indicate you wish to transfer your bib to another person. The receiving person's profile information must be received to process the transfer. A small processing fee will be charged.
