***BIKE STARTS at 7:30 AM*** NO EARLY STARTS FOR THOSE WHO ARE ONLY DOING THE BIKE
5:30 AM - Packet Pickup opens
6:55 AM - ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ON SITE BEFORE 6:55 AM.
6:45 AM - Athlete Meeting 1 at Start Line (ALL athletes who will begin their run or bike prior to 7:00 MUST attend this meeting
7:00 AM - Run starts
7:15 AM - Athlete Meeting 2 at Transition Area (ALL athletes must attend one of the meetings)
7:30 AM - Bike starts
10:00 AM - Brunch
12:00 PM (approximately) - Awards

Pre-Race Meeting 1 - 6:45 AM before the run starts
Pre-Race Meeting 2 - 7:15 AM before the bike starts
COURSES:
Run Course begins and ends within Williams Rushing Farm. Runners will exit the farm and run their first 1.7 (approx) miles on the road, then return to the farm for the remainder of the run, finishing with a beautiful lake view. Bike Courses will all begin by turning RIGHT onto S Rocky River Rd, then RIGHT onto Trinity Church Rd. Bike courses will be marked with Red, Yellow and Blue arrows. Arrows will be painted on the road as well as on signs at each turn. ALL BIKERS SHOULD HAVE THEIR ROUTE SAVED ON A PHONE , WATCH OR BIKE COMPUTER. While courses are all clearly marked, participants should not rely solely on course marking and are responsible for knowing their own course.

Parking is available on site. Please follow Event Parking signs and directions of volunteers.
VERY IMPORTANT: S Rocky River Rd will CLOSE in both directions at 6:55 AM. If you arrive for the bike ride after 6:55 AM, you will NOT be able to enter the venue from the north. You will have to reroute around to the South entrance. Most participants coming from Charlotte will run into road closures and will have to re-route. All participants should arrive PRIOR to 6:55 AM or you may be delayed entering the venue.
