New this year, we are pleased to offer a GPS tracking provider! This allows participants to have their live-updating location shown on our race map. While not required, this can be a crucial resource for your teammates, support crew, and our staff to keep track of your progress on the course.
It's free to register! Just click the link below to register for our race with Webscorer, our GPS tracking provider:
Once registered, download the free Webscorer app and sign in with the same account you used to register. On race day, when you're ready to turn your tracking on:
1) Open the Webscorer app
2) Click on "GPS self-tracking"
3) Click on "My upcoming GPS races"
4) Select "Oak Ridges Moraine Adventure Relay"
5) Click on "Start GPS Tracking" anytime before beginning your leg
6) GPS tracking is now live! You can open other apps on your phone or close/standby your phone- just don't quit the Webscorer app.
7) After your stage is complete, either click "Pause GPS tracking" (if you'll need to be tracked again later in the day) or "Stop GPS tracking" if you're done for the day.
